Alex serves as the UK Director of Development and Capital Markets and is responsible for all transactional and investment activity in the UK Market. 

Since joining RES in 2023, Alex has led the disposal of RES’s legacy assets in Tilbury, Towcester and Manton Wood. In addition to the disinvestment, Alex is also responsible for RES’s third-party development program with a particular focus on the market leasing of RES’s Westworks Corby Campus.

Prior to joining RES, Alex started his career at SEGRO Plc, where he held a variety of development and investment focused roles in both the UK and Continental Europe. 

Alex holds a Degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
