Description
RES acquired land in 2018 to develop a BREEAM Very Good BTS facility for DHL Supply Chain. MW 1 is the largest FMCG COMAH warehouse in the UK and extends to a maximum ridge height of 32m. The site was sold to Alpha during construction.
