Gareth is the Regional Head of RES with overall responsibility for RES’s operation in the UK. Gareth oversees the development, construction and investment activity within the region in addition to supporting the portfolio refresh of DHL’s real estate portfolio. 

Prior to joining RES in 2021, Gareth spent 32 years at SEGRO Plc, a UK listed REIT focused on industrial real estate.  

During his time at SEGRO, Gareth served as Managing Director for SEGRO’s Thames Valley and National Logistics Business Unit with overall responsibility for the development, leasing and asset management of a £3bn property portfolio.  

Gareth holds a Degree in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University and an MBA from the University of Reading. Gareth is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
