James is the Head of Construction for the UK. 

James joined RES in 2022 and has led all the construction activity and technical due diligence within the region. 

During his tenure at RES, James has delivered DHL London Gateway a 40m high Ultra-Highbay warehouse developed as a JV between DHL and DP World, with RES taking on the role of Development Manager. 

Prior to joining RES, James was a Partner at TFT, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm based in Birmingham. 

James holds a degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
