Paul is the UK Development Director for RES, responsible for development activity with the region. 

Paul works closes with DHL Supply Chain’s operational team to identify and implement value add real estate transactions. Paul has been instrumental in DHL’s commitment to take 1m sq.ft. of space ultra-high bay space at Westworks Corby.

With three decades of customer focused development experience, Paul has utlised his market knowledge to secure RES land positions in Derby and Asby-de-la Zouch to facilitate the refresh of DHL’s portfolio. 

Prior to joining RES in 2022, Paul has held a variety of senior roles at Safeway, Foinavon and most recently at Tesco where he was Head of Property Investment and Professional Services. 

Paul holds a Degree in Surveying from the University of Portsmouth and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
